Child transported from Fisherman's Hospital to Ryder Trauma
Center October 19, 2002 by Trauma Star after suffering head injuries.

Two incidents on October 24, 2002, one involving a snorkeler
from the Dry Tortugas flown by Trauma Star from that location to Lower Keys
Hospital; the other involving a head on collision on the Long Key Bridge where
one victim was flown by Trauma Star to Ryder Trauma Center in Miami.
A skydiver was transported from Marathon to Ryder Trauma Center
November 9th after a skydiving accident.
On November 15, 2002 Trauma Star transported the victim of
a motor vehicle accident from marathon to Ryder Trauma Center in Miami.
